Shipping & Delivery
After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 1 business day. Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been update as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient.
Riyo Logistics Ltd ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Riyo Logistics Ltd, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. Riyo Logistics Ltd does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. If your package has been stolen please seek information from our Customer Service Team.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Cancellation and Return Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice immediately. Our Shipping Team work incredibly fast to make sure that you get your tea as soon as possible!
- You must send us a cancellation notice within two hours of your order to ensure that we have not already shipped it out! Your order will only be refunded if you have sent us your cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices can be emailed to [email protected] with the subject Order Cancellation
- If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, you have 12 business days to send us an email explaining and showing though the use of a picture, that the product has been compromised.
- Refunds will not be made after the product has been shipped and sent to the address that the customer has specified on their order. Riyo Logistics Ltd ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Riyo Logistics Ltd or delivery services, shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
- Riyo Logistics Ltd does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our teas. Riyo Logistics Ltd shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the results of the product will not be grounds for a refund.
- Returns can be made within 14 days of ordering our products. Teami Products must be un-opened to qualify for refunds of the returned products. All Returns may be shipped to: Riyo Logistics Ltd Unit 2, Sayer House, Oxgate Lane, NW2 7JN, London.
- Teami is not responsible for refunding shipping charges on returns/refunds, nor can Teami provide pre-made shipping labels.
